Imagine putting your foot in the stirrup, swinging your leg over, and instead of that feeling stuck and thinking what do I do next, you feel clear and confident. You warm up with a checklist, you know what to change first, and you stop guessing. Your horse feels connected, responsive, and the work starts to flow. You finish your ride thinking, I know what to practise next.
This is how your dressage can feel soon. I’ve helped so many riders who have been stuck for years start moving up again with a clear training plan. The good news is, you’re next.

Natasha is a rider who sees the training process differently. Where most riders are told what to do, she builds clear frameworks that explain why you’re doing it, what to do first, and how to progress through the levels when things feel messy or stuck.
Her edge comes from the hard road. Natasha did not start out with that effortless “Grand Prix feel” people talk about. She had to make every mistake in the book, work through the confusion, and learn what actually creates real improvement, not just in theory, but in the arena on ordinary days. That journey put her in a rare position, she can break down the process in a way that naturally gifted riders often cannot, because she remembers exactly what it’s like to not understand, to try everything, and to still feel behind.
She’s spent over 25 years in dressage, and along the way she became known for asking the questions others will not, pressing trainers and coaches for the practical details that help everyday riders progress. Natasha was also the first person in the Southern Hemisphere to take a Friesian to Grand Prix level, proof of what’s possible when training is built on clarity, consistency, and a system that works for the horse in front of you.
